Eiffel Tower and many well-known tourist attractions in French are closed

The icon, the pride of French - the Eiffel Tower was closed for security reasons. Isabelle Esnous, spokesman of Eiffel management staff said, they decided to close indefinitely and 'wait until further notification".

This is the 3rd time in year, 'the pride of France' was closed. Earlier, on April 2015, the Eiffel Tower didn't welcome guests due to workers strike. At September this year, once again it closed for security reasons. Being a famous tourist destination in the world, the Eiffel Tower brings more than 20,000 visitors each day.

Previously, management board representative of the Louvre said, this site will still open for visitors as usual in the morning November 14 with strengthened security. However, immediately after French President Francois Hollande declared three days of national mourning for victims after the terrorist attack, French Ministry of culture ordered the closure of the museum.

             The famous Louvre, one of the most popular tourist attraction in Paris was also closed.

Furthermore, Disneyland Paris also temporarily not welcome guests at this time. Last year this site attracted 14 million visitors. This is the first closing of the park since getting in operation in 1992.

According to French Ministry of Culture, some other public places will be closed, however the specific locations have not been made clear.

Right now Eiffel Tower has turned off the lights. People around the world are praying for unfortunate victims of the continuous terrorist attack happened in Paris' center on the gory night of November 13.
